Confidentiality clause


Depimiel SRL, respects the confidentiality of all the people who enter our web pages or who respond to our interactive advertisements or other communications. This Privacy Policy describes the information that Depimiel SRL, as responsible for this page, will collect and how it will use said information. This clause also instructs you, as a user, on what to do if you do not want Depimiel SRL to collect your personal data or communicate it to third parties when you visit Depimiel SRL web pages or respond to its interactive advertisements and other communications.

Depimiel SRL can modify this Confidentiality Clause for new collections of personal data that occur after such modification, and you should therefore periodically consult this page to verify that you agree with the modifications that may have been introduced in our clause of Confidentiality, before providing personal data again.

Personal data

Depimiel SRL will not collect any personal data of yours that can identify you (such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) if you do not provide them voluntarily, except only for the provisions below in relation to the collection automatic information and «Cookies».

When you send us personal data, we may ask you if you wish to receive future communications from us, such as newsletters, e-mails or other communications. You can choose not to receive these communications, if you wish.

If you do not want us to collect your personal data, please do not send it to us. If you have already sent them to us, and would like us to delete them from our files, please contact us at the addresses specified in the clause entitled “Who to contact” at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Personal data may be used to offer you services and / or information that you request, as well as for the management and control of the promotion, contest or activity in which they are collected. Likewise, such data may be used, in addition to offering you the service or information you have requested, to help us understand how you use our website and our products. Depimiel SRL has no intention of collecting personal data (such as the name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) of persons under the age of fourteen. Where appropriate, Depimiel SRL will expressly indicate to minors under 14 that they should not send their data. If a minor has sent us personal data, a parent or legal guardian of the child must contact us at the addresses specified in the clause entitled “Who to contact” at the end of this Privacy Policy, if they want us to delete those personal data from our files.

Information collected in a dissociated way from people

In some cases, we may obtain information that does not identify you personally.
